Mayfly (2021) was a group animation project I participated as a concept artist. Unfortunately, due to the covid, we are not able to finish it. We had done a concept art book and some 3D modeling work.

Our main character is a mayfly called Hector. The story is about his adventure in the forest.

For the anthropomorphic design of the insects, I followed the basic body structure of real insects. While retaining this point, I made the figures as cute and rounded as possible.

All the finalisation of the design was negotiated by all the team members.
